I am a new user and have the same problems with missing usage reports, games not recognized as so, unable to pause YT blocking on a W10 platform. My other computer with W7 seems to be fine. So, I think it’s a W10 issue. Also, that W10 is an original installation, I’m not a fan on updates.

After just one week of use, I needed to uninstall KSK.
What worked well:
- time limits
What worked ½ of the time:
- web filtering, YT filtering. For unknown reasons YT filtering couldn’t be temporarily deactivated. Tried pausing KSK for an hour but it kept asking for parent permissions. Very annoying.
What didn’t work at all:
- app and games stats. Suddenly stopped working three days ago. My other computer with W7 is ok. I think something is broken in KSK on a W10 platform. I won’t reinstall the OS just for that.
Since it kept malfunctioning in blocking apps and YT filtering, I uninstalled all the games temporarily. But since I needed to uninstall KSK just to give my kid a little bit of YT… what’s the point in keeping KSK?
I think KSK’s AI is broken or just a baby, at the beginning. I think you need to pay me money to be a beta tester. Don’t you think?
Or I think I need to ask my money back...

Basically I found a way, later. Using for the first time the programs begin to appear. I then tuned their settings one by one. But Roblox was classified as unknown.
One more question. Some YouTube clips with violent content are passing all the filters. Is there a way to improve your AI to block them?

Your app doesn’t detect the Roblox launcher. Or some other programs.
Also I couldn’t find a way to add it manually. Why?
Please enlighten me on this subject.

Yes, indeed I am reporting also other issues because some time has passed and many other issues have surfaced. I will open a case. Thank for the help. Didn’t realize this forum is just a chat to other disgruntled KSK users… Stupid me...
