activating Kaspersky from Philippines in Germany. [Closed]

I bought the anti-virus Kaspersky in the Philippines during my vacation. Now I’m back in Germany and I wanted to activate it here in Germany. I am allowed to install the antivirus for 2 computers, is it possible to activate it to my Laptop here in Germany and the 2nd device is in the Philippines? Thanks for your help.
