Try to install 2021 version:
1. Remove 2020: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/uninstall/12783#block2
2. Restart your computer.
3. Download and install 2021: https://support.kaspersky.com/15413#block1
4. Restart your computer.
Check the problem

When i open amazon.com in safe money i get the following error:

“Certificate Verification problem detected”
“Certificate Structure is broken (error: 0x00000007)”
