I had this same issue, you can get your activation codes another way. Go to your account settings, then to activation codes, and you'll see "SEND ACTIVATION CODES" and your email (the one you use to log in to mykaspersky). Click the big green Send button and you'll get your codes via email Hope this helps ^^
