Kaspersky Endpoint security Cloud Business [MOVED] in Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Posted January 27, 2021 Helo All, We had an existing Kaspersky endpoint cloud security account for 50 users.We wanted to add more users so we purchased an activation code for 15-19 users, Logged in to existing workspace & added the new activation code.The new activation code got activated but it replaced our old license.Shouldn’t it be added to the existing workspace?How do I get back my old license of 50 users now? Please help.

Helo All,
We had an existing Kaspersky endpoint cloud security account for 50 users.
We wanted to add more users so we purchased an activation code for 15-19 users,
Logged in to existing workspace & added the new activation code.
The new activation code got activated but it replaced our old license.
Shouldn’t it be added to the existing workspace?
How do I get back my old license of 50 users now?
Please help.
