my client getting the error in KSC that “ End User agreement has been violated” What does it mean? is his license been compromised?

I required plugin for version 10.2.2.0535 in order to remove them from the systems. Does anyone have these plugin or can help us to find them? We also need plugin for 10.1.0.867

thanks for the help. However, having difficulty to understand the language ( Russian? I believe). Also, i see it shows KSC version 11, we are having problem with version 12? Or would it be same?

We are facing kind of pandemic issue regarding KSC 12 version. Many of our clients who upgraded from KSC 11 to 12 are not being able to implement the Policies anymore. Simple example. One client tried to access a website but denied even though we put that URL in white list. However, when you remove the security check from policy and let everything access freely, you can access that website as well. Also, can’t able to implement blocking policy for especially, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp. we are having this problem at multiple sites with multiple clients. same issue everywhere. Is there any bug in new version of KSC 12????? Please HELP.

I am having issue with license key . Recently our license got expired and we replaced with new one. Few users who are roaming and not connected to Network through VPN, we replaced the key manually in their machines. As soon as we manually replace the expiry key with new key it ask for renewal or purchasing new key and open a website where you can purchase or buy new key? However, it is working fine with people who are connected to network through server.

One of my client is facing an issue of licenses agreement violation. They are using EDR Optimum license. This is something new. see the attachment? does it mean that their licenses have been compromised ?
