  1. Farklı bir My Kaspersky hesabı ile giriş yapıp, mail de farklı olan hesap ile yeni lisansı ona atayabilirsiniz. Aynı mail ve My Kaspersky hesabı ile tek lisans olarak görecektir.

  2. Seems like a hardware issue as Berny said. Factors such as liquid contact or contamination can cause this condition. Unstable operation of the device may also mean that the operating system is problematic, you should eliminate them first.
Reinstall the system with an updated OS image. If not possible, if you're using Windows, run these commands in order and reboot:

    sfc /scannow
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Kaspersky üzerinden alımlarda bir buton bulunur alırken otomatik yenileme açık seçilirse kart bilgilerinizle otomatik yenileme yapılır. Otomatik yenilemeyi ise MY Kaspersky üzerinden gerçekleştirebilriisniz.

@murat5038I can share fresh sounds of screeching sound ,

if it worked perfectly once after reinstall of fresh os install than my. Hardware is fine

I say it again. With your BIOS update, if it's already harmful, it will be removed. You think it is harmful even though you have updated it. Although I wrote the valid reason for the freezing and stuttering problem you are experiencing, you are repeating your mind as malicious code. You are overdoing it by trying to pass it on to the state. We cannot deal with your psychological problems and hardware problems.

Read the answers I gave above and contact your device manufacturer.

Due to social rules, we can't ask for a lot of private information, if you want this information and more detailed support, you can ask for help if you have a paid Kaspersky subscription product mentioned above with your My Kaspersky account.

I'm closing the issue, best regards.

  5. I mentioned PS2 and USB devices, you did not take action. I said driver, you downloaded it from the manufacturer instead of the place I gave it.

I said chipset drivers, since I don't know the device model, there are also outdated versions. Check the drivers via Intel.

    Install these:

The last installed BIOS update already closes CPU and Wifi related vulnerabilities and backdoors. Did you experience the problem before or after the BIOS update? If it happened after updating, this could be a problematic update, so contact your manufacturer and ask for help. This is not a case of malware.

You have server and many tabs open on your device, so the CPU is overloaded. Your device is not a high quality system, so performance situations are normal.
As I said, the internet problem seems to be related to the Wireless hardware, driver, BIOS update, which can be solved by your manufacturer.

  6. The problem seems to be hardware related, not malicious.
If your network device is Intel 3165 model, download and install the updated driver from here:

    https://www.intel.co.uk/content/www/uk/en/products/sku/89450/intel-dual-band-wirelessac-3165/downloads.html

Connected USB and Legacy PS2 converter etc. remove it if any.

Download and install Chipset driver from your device manufacturer.

If your BIOS version is not up to date from your manufacturer, update it.
