[Kaspersky VPN free doesn't connect]

Kaspersky VPN free doesn't connect. it says "failed to connect. please try again later", or it takes forever trying to connect.

Note: I'm situated in Egypt.

[shopping cart price doesn't match the offer price]

  There's an offer of 51% discount on essential plan, but when I click Buy, the price in the shopping cart is not discounted, why is that? I need to buy it with the discount ?
