  1. Just for reference, I have 2 groups of machines: HP laptops and HP desktops. The laptops seem to be running Windows 10 1903 and KES 11.1.1.126 just fine, the problem is on the desktops. HP Velocity is installed on all laptops but not on the desktops, so it's obviously not the cause.
  2. For me, the file is either FWPKCLNT.SYS or TCPIP.SYS. Blue screens 3-5 times daily, on multiple workstations. Completely uninstalling Kaspersky 11 resolves the problem, as well as rolling back the Windows 10 1903 update to 1809, so it has something to do with this combination. Unfortunately, we will be forced to go back to 1903 within the next 3 months, so it looks like Kaspersky 11 will have to go. Encryption is not installed, neither is HP Velocity.
