[Access to websites times out with Kaspersky Total Security Active]

With Kaspersky Total Security Active (and recent updates included), I no longer have successful access to websites that are familiar to me and in known secured sites (like email provider and ISP).  I have good/expected access to these sites when Kaspersky is turned off.

I have attached the response I get using both Chrome and Firefox browsers.
