@MoltresRider, a fix has been released for the entire home product branch. You should update your antivirus to version 21.2.16.590 which is available for download on the official website.

I am running 21.2.16.590 and still have the issue

Any word on a fix for free users?

This still is a problem and my Kaspersky just updated yesterday.
