Hello Dears ,
we have a Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud for Windows & Mobiles ,
some of our users mobile app showed the error : " unable to synchronize with the administrator server: failed to send request to Administration server "
Knowing that it was working good for more than 5 Months , the first error showed 12 days ago we deleted the app then we send a new request via email then we install it from google play store and it activated & synchronized successfully , two days after that the same error showed !!
Can you help me solving this case please ?
Please Find the attached error pictures , Knowing that we tried to force synchronize thru the Portal but it doesn't work also !!
