kaspersky safe kids blocked the "Telegram" application on a child's cell phone. I can not unblock it. I tried to add it to the exceptions, but it shows that the application does not exist on the device. The app is installed and blocked immediately on a child's cell phone. The "ask a parent" option is not shown either. I've also tried MyKaspersky / Notification / Child / Reports - where my child tried to open a forbidden Telegram application where I clicked on "edit settings for this application" but nothing happens (clocks and nothing), while for others the app shows the options for managing that application.
