I have 2 tickets open for this issue, I am afraid I will not survive 5 days: 3 kids, 7 devices to joggle :-(

Since yesterday (27.10) Kaspersky Safe Kids behaves really strangely both in Android 10 and Windows 10 app. In addition web page admin console does not work as expected either. In all three interfaces it is not possible to get to admin settings (modify kids schedule/access to apps) Common message is either Loading data…. or Authorisation is required (each time I try to access web section where the settings are) What is going on? Are Kaspersky servers under hacker/malware attack?
