  1. Dear @Flood and Flood's wife, Thank you for the fast reply. I have overlooked the phrase password with the passcodes (...to be updated) in the 2FA management menu. The issue is solved. Thank you!
  2. Dear Colleagues, Would you be so kind to tell how to turn off the 2FA on account because I lost access to authentication app. I can access the account using cell phone pass recovery but I cannot turn 2FA without the code from app (or using of sms pass code as an option). There is no specific FAQ on the issue.
