Upgrade KSC [MOVED]

Hello, I have KSC 10.4.343 and i want to upgrade to KSC 12_12.0.0.7734. Before to start this upgrade, I want to backup my conf with KLbackup tools, but he's not working, I stay block at “Preparation” line for very very very long time and nothing more… Do yoi have idea why ? Why I can't do for backup before upgrade ?
