I solved the problem in similar way. I contacted support and they deleted the licenses from account.

This License Management is totally crap. I think I will delete everything from Kaspersky and get Norton 360. There is a vpn included, here I have to pay for it. I will write a few negative reviews and then the case is finally closed for me. BTW, the help function is a joke. Nearly everything I searched was wrong explained.

Ich wollte meine Lizenz (Total security) verlängern und das hat auch nach Eingabe des neuen Codes geklappt. Aber der Passwortmanager akzeptiert den Code nicht. Ich kann die abgelaufene Lizenz auch nicht entfernen oder die Geräte Neuinstallation hat nichts gebracht. Es ist echt zum Verzweifeln.
