Bonjour, Je dispose de kaspersky Safe Kids sur mon ordinateur et sur mon smartphone (android), et j'aimerai l'installer sur le smartphone OnePlus nord 2 de mon fils. L'installation se fait bien, et le début du paramétrage également. Le paramétrage se bloque cependant à la dernière étape lorsqu'il est demandé de cliquer sur les 3 points puis verrouillage. A ce moment là il ne se passe plus rien, et donc l'application n'est pas finalisée er donc non fonctionnelle. Je n'ai pas pu choisir non plus le profil de l'un de mes enfants. Avez-vous déjà eu le même soucis ? Merci par avance pour votre retour. Michael

The installation is going well, but during the configuration I get to the part "Lock Kaspersky Safe Kids. If KSK is disabled, your child will not is not protected..." I lock it but nothing happens afterwards, I can't move forward in the installation/configuration. Do you have an idea ? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. On my Oneplus 6t Android 10, with the parent configuration, I had no problems. Thanks in advance. Michael

Bonjour, Je suis en version premium sur mon PC et le logiciel fonctionne correctement. Cependant je souhaite l'installer sur le smartphone de mon fils, Oneplus Nord Android 12. L'installation se passe correctement, mais lors de la configuration j'arrive sur la partie "Verrouiller Kaspersky Safe Kids. Si KSK est désactivé, votre enfant n'est pas protégé..." Je le verrouille mais plus rien ne se passe après, je ne peux plus avancer dans l'installation/configuration. Auriez-vous une idée ? J'ai déjà désinstallé et réinstallé mais sans succès. Sur mon Oneplus 6t Android 10, avec la configuration parent je n'ai rencontré aucun souci. Merci par avance. Michael
