[Kaspersky Security 10.1.1 cannot be removed.]

Hello all,

I have a client server with Kaspersky Security 10.1.1.746 and I can't get it down. 
The installation is faulty. 
KAVremover does not offer the program. 
First the ks4ws_x64.msi file was missing. This I could even still find. 
But now comes with the uninstallation the message: The terms of the end user license agreement have been rejected by the user. The installation of Kaspersky Security 10.1.1 for Windows Server was aborted. 

What I have tried:
KAVremover
Current version installed. But this does not replace the old one. 

Unfortunately, the customer no longer has KSC. 
I would try to reinstall the scanner over it, but I am missing the setup. 

Does anyone have the setup or any other ideas?

Kurze Frage: 

Ist der Agent vom z.B. dem KSC 12.2 kompatibel mit dem KSC 13.2 oder muss dieser direkt auf Version 13 aktualisiert werden?
