Hello everyone, I work in a corporate network and I need to scan with the multifunction printer in the office connected to a network IP port. I realized that if I close Kaspesky I can do the scans and the files arrive in the folder of my pc, but when the program is active the files do not arrive and are blocked in the printer. I tried to navigate Kaspesky's settings menu but couldn't find a solution. Ciao a tutti, lavoro in una rete aziendale ed ho necessità di fare delle scansioni con la stampante multifunzione in ufficio collegata ad una porta IP di rete. Mi sono accorto che se disattivo l’antivirus riesco a fare le scansioni ed i file arrivano nella cartella del mio pc, ma quando l’antivirus è attivo i file non arrivano e vengono bloccati. Ho provato a navigare nel menù delle impostazioni di Kaspesky ma non sono riuscito a trovare una soluzione.
