Thanks Demiad, but I confused.

 

I have clients with Network Agent version 10, 11 and 12 (see the image); but when I send to update the virus database ; don’t work. And have the alert database is extremally old.

 

What can I do??

Is there any way to work with KSC 12, and clients with Windows XP? Wich is the version of Kaspersky Network Agent to work with?
