I got kes log file and GSi report from one system that had problem.

Aftar I got log file I tried to Install locally and I   succeeded.

becuse I dont have  locally and remote access to clients.

I want to Install Endpoint through network agent.because I dont have Endpoint in some clients.when I trying to Install Endpont remotly.I get this error

Application can not be installed.The later version of network agent(10.5.6026) but My network agent ver is 10.5.1781

I can't install KES through KSC on one of the WorkStations. I'm getting

Kaspersky Security Center 10 Network Agent (10.5.1781): Remote installation has been completed with an error on this device: Fatal error during installation. (Application cannot be installed. The later version of Network Agent (10.5.6026) is detected.)

I  have read the topic for solve that problem

but i need do that whit KSC Beacuse i hava many client in my network and in cant do it locally.

what should I do ?

I executed batch file with local admin and built in account but it doesnt work.ksc just copy the batch file to admin$ user and it doesnt worked. what should i do??? i need it

Hi, Please notice, that batch file is launched with local system account privelegies(since it is distributed by KSC) and that privelegies could insufficient to run the batch file correctly.

i have a problem.i create installation package in ksc and upload my batch file. then i create install application remotely with agent it completed but it doesnt work. i run my batch file manully and it works. i have workgroup network. i dont know why it doesnt work
