Please, try to download and install the latest Kaspersky Security Cloud version available via Google Play, it should be and check if the problem is reproduced. If you cannot use your device due to the issue you may boot it in safe mode first, uninstall KAspersky Security Cloud application and then install the latest version.
  2. Hello again, The problem is fixed, now GDPR-compliant build is downloaded from https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/thank-you/internet-security (if 'The European Union' version is selected).
  3. Hello all, Thank you for noticing this, we notified responsible persons. As mentioned above GDPR-compliant KIS version can be downloaded from trial page (https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/thank-you/internet-security-free-trial). It's also possible to download, for example, GDPR-compliant KAV version (https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/thank-you/antivirus), install it and activate with KIS activation code - in such case KAV will be converted to KIS.
