issue got solved

Hello, I have a problem with my kaspersky antivirus. Everytime I install some not 100% secure file, it just automaticaly deletes it without asking or anything, even tho there isnt any virus (Yes I am 110% sure that the file doesnt have any virus in it), so I tried to disable it (Turned off protection then turned off whole kaspersky) but it didnt work, I also have windows defender off. Does anyone have a solution for this? Umm also sorry for grammar I am not from eng speaking country.
