Turned out I didn't need the whole setup with SVM, since it was a single host server and a single virtual server. I installed a different product and now it's ok.
PeterV I have the exact same situation. We purchased the Kaspersky Virtualization Light Agent license, but it asks me to connect to the SVM and I don't want to have to add another virtual machine (which is supposed to be the SVM). I wanted to know what other product or solution you found to your problem.
