  1. Thank you Berny, I followed this https://support.kaspersky.com/us/ksec-for-windows/troubleshooting/13493#block1 and it worked. I simply had to restart the VPN (I don't know why I didn't try it earlier). Have a nice day!
  2. Same thing is happening to me for Canada server. Plus the the technical support link it leads to is also unavailable for some reason.
