Again the same problem? Since yesterday i cant launch Armoury Crate and AI Suite

@Igor KurzinMy problem started with the rest of the users after a faulty database update. Unfortunately, I am not able to solve it. Even removing Kaspersky does not do anything. I can't start the aura service in any way

@Igor Kurzin Can I somehow verify on my own if it is still Kaspersky blocking the service? Is it somewhere in the program logs?

Hi @1brute,
This could be a not Kaspersky related or another issue. If you pause protection/exit Kaspersky/uninstall Kaspersky - does it help?
I've tried, even a few times. Asus com service cannot be started, armoury crate is not working, and AI suite cannot be installed at all

Same, but for me even uninstalling kaspersky didnt help.

It didn't help. I still can't start Asus Com Service

I tried it and it didn't work for me. Even without KAV I cannot install Ai Suite again and Armoury Crate does not detect any device

I don't think this is a kaspersky problem. Even after removing the antivirus I am unable to reinstall the Asus software. AI Suite and Armoury Crate don't work
