I had same problem. I have KSE Cloud version. v11.7.0.669
I opened ticket, yet, answer was to wait for new version coming soon. But no new version as of now.
I am using v11.6 for now. I guess i wait until v11.8.

I downloaded v11.7 distribution package from our portal website and tried to install it.
(I have installed v11.6.0.394 and Network agent 13.0.0.11247.)
But installer said I have newer version of Network agent installed. See photo below.
and can’t install v11.7. Why is that? Doesn’t make sense.
Should I remove Agent 13.0.0.11247 and try again?

I am having exact same issue and ended up restoring PC from backup and staying with V11.6.
Someone suggested to remove MS update before installing v11.7
