Igor, thanks for your reply and explanation. Kaspersky has redesigned the Scan function and its UI in KIS21 compared to KIS 20. I never saw the release notes for this change and cannot find them on the website. Personally I don’t like the changes to the UI but as long as the scans work that is the main thing. I do think that Kaspersky needs to do a better job of communicating major changes to it’s users, like changing the name of the Rootkit Scan.
