Hello good I have 2 active subscriptions until 2025: KAV and KTS, but at the time of activation it gives me the error that the activation code is not valid for this region, how would I know where these codes correspond? I couldn't find the one who gave it to me online, could you please help me.

Buenas Tengo la suscripcion activa del: KAV y el KTS hasta el 2025 , pero al querer activarlo me arroja el error que el codigo de activacion no es valido para esta region, como puedo saber a que region pertenece dichos codigos? la persona que me los obsequio y no lo e podido ubicar. Por favor si me podrian ayudar
