Hi, My kids on Win 10 with safe kids running. When playing games such as Fortnite, would the Fortnite traffic go through Kaspersky? As the game is reporting poor network / packet dropping. When outside of the game we run a speed test (https://www.speedtest.net) (https://packetlosstest.com) and the results are really good. Thanks, Mark.

Hi, Actually I deleted KSK, just hold down the icon and hit the ‘x’. Not prompted for a password, just deleted. I have reinstalled KSK and installed the KSK profile. Still the same issues. In safari I am able to search for Gambling websites and connect to them, which is forbidden. I have KSK premium.

Hi My child has just had an iphone (previously had an android phone and everything worked well). On the iphone I have installed safe kids and linked it to my account. I have installed the safe kids profile on the iphone. If I use my PC (win 10) log into my.kaspersky.com. I can Locate the phone correctly (the iphone is on). However I am not getting any alerts from Kaspersky about her installing new apps, or her trying to access unrestricted websites. Gambling is Forbidden, but I can access gambling site on the iphone. If I log into my.kaspersky.com, click Devices, it says the iphone has not been connected for 2 weeks. On the iphone I open Safe kids, and its says:- “Kaspersky Safe Kids is on guard. The following settings apply no the device: Browsing history is recorded. Some websites are blocked Safe search is turned on.” This is not the case. Also she was able to delete the Safe kids app from iphone. You cannot do this in android. Thanks Mark.

Hello, My 12 year old has school work on ‘’Adolf Eichmann’ which she is searching Google. Safe kids is blocking. I get an email from Safe kids saying “YOUR CHILD SEARCHED RESTRICTED TOPICS Tuesday, Dec 15, 04:32 PM (time in the child's device time zone) Maisy searched for "Adolf Eichmann". This content is categorized as Racism.” How do I allow it? I have logged into MyKaspersky, looking under Internet Settings - RESTRICTIONS FOR WEBSITE CATEGORIES, racism is not listed. Thanks, Mark.

Hi, I’ve been using safekids for over 1 year for both my children. Over the past year, Under ‘Web activity monitoring’ I set up lots of configuration for ‘RESTRICTIONS FOR WEBSITE CATEGORIES’ and ‘EXCLUSIONS’. for both children. I have just logged into safekids to find that all these settings and configuration has been lost for both children. So they have access to all the items I have restricted over the past year!!! This is shocking!!! Can you restore all of the lost setting please? I find safekids is very high maintainance for a parental point of view, it really is a terrible product.

We have been using safekids on my daughters phone for about 1 year, and its been reporting correctly. Today, When I log into my SafeKids account on PC, it shows my daughters mobile has not been online for 1 month. She is using her phone everyday. On her phone, I open safe kids, and safekids is asking me for permissions, like its doing a set up. So basically the app has not been protecting her for 1 month without my knowledge.

We are aware of the issue and are already looking to make an improvement.” So in a Whatsapp kids can type www . porn. com into a chat and they have access, unless I explicitly block every URL. So are you saying, any website can be accessed if its a URL/link via WhatsApp, as it has the WhatsApp permissions? KSK does not check if the the URL is on the blacklist???

If my child tried to access a tiktok url (which may have come up in a google search, or a friend posts in whatsapp) access via chrome browser on Android & Win 10 (not the tiktok app) it is allowed by default. xbox.com origin.com epicgames.com access url via chrome browser on Android & Win 10 is not allowed. Hi, I am finding Safe kids blocks too much, and I am having to create custom exclusion rules for almost everything. For example, Under ‘RESTRICTIONS FOR WEBSITE CATEGORIES’ I have allowed the catagory ‘Computer games’ however Safe kids blocks; xbox.com origin.com epicgames.com And yet, I have Forbidden Internet Communication, and it allows access to tiktok.com! These are pretty basic failures. I have re-installed the application countless times, on different Android & Win10 devices, due to it losing sync with the account. I’m getting really fed up with this product, it is far too much over head of effort on my part. Mark.

I have the same problem with Fortnite on both my kids Win 10 PC’s. They request access which I accept and it still blocks. More trouble than its worth!
