  1. Hello everybody ? As the title says, my Kaspersky Security Cloud Personal license is going to expire, so today I've installed the new Kaspersky Premium. Well, if with KSC everything went well as usual, on KP I've tried everything (following this official guide: About protection through hardware virtualization in Kaspersky applications), but I couldn't be able to enable hardware virtualization in the program. Hardware virtualization in my UEFI BIOS and in Kaspersky Premium settings is enabled, of course, and Memory Integrity on Windows 11 is already disabled, since I was using Security Cloud, but nothing changed. I've even sent the command line to disable Hyper-V (a feature that I've never used), but I didn't obtain any positive results. What else can I do? Thank you very much in advance ?
  2. Hi everybody, As the title says and as you can see from the screenshot above, Kaspersky Security Cloud 21 keeps notifying me that a new device has been connected to my network, but it’s not true. Why? Because the laptop in question, a Lenovo IdeaPad 320, is my cousin’s PC, which I’ve formatted last week and returned to her 5 days ago. I’ve checked the MAC address of this “IDEAPAD-320” and it’s the same of my cousin’s laptop, so it’s not someone who’s using my network, pretending to be it. Its behaviour is very simple: after the notification by KSC as in the screenshot, the device is reported to be online just for some seconds, than it goes offline. Even if I ignore and remove it, it reappears after some minutes. What can I do to fix this issue? Thank you very much in advance
  3. @Berny Nevermind, everything is working again now ? Maybe it was just a temporary problem on your servers ? Thank you ?
  4. Do you mean my My Kaspersky e-mail and my password? Can i write them here without any issues?
  5. Ok, how do I submit my problem through the other account I will create?
  6. Hi everybody! As the title says, today I’m having issues with the login to My Kaspersky portal. I’ve tried all the browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge). I’ve disabled AdGuard software and DNS. I’ve also tried to connect with my account from other computers. Nothing has changed and the error says: “Access not possible. Try again later.” I’ve tried to use the “Login with Facebook” option, since the e-mail used for My Kaspersky and FB is the same, and it worked, allowing me to check for all the PCs on which my Kaspersky Security Cloud key is enabled, but when I’ve had to logout, now even this method does not work anymore (the error says “Too many requests”). Is this just a problem for me or are there any problems in general with My Kaspersky portal? Thank you very much in advance!
