  1. Update: I have managed to initiate the download and installed KIS successfully. Thank you very much for the Community members who assisted me to solve the problem, you are real mates. truly appreciated. Kind Regards, mammaht

  3. Noted. Good to know. So how can I find the error myself if support team is not responding to emails and their page is having issues. I tried everything.
  4. Hello @mammaht, Windows 7 is still supported by Kaspersky → check KIS Operating system requirements. Was a check for any applications installed on the computer that are incompatible with Kaspersky Internet Security, done before trying to install KIS? Regarding not being unable to create a support request, this is a known issue, please note comments by @Igor Kurzin 25th Aug, 2021, “this is a known issue (5114299), we are working on a fix. I will update this topic as soon as it is resolved”, in Technical Request, The Application and System info field shows ‘No result found’. topic raised by @farhanakhtar. Go to the support page, scroll to the lower portion of the page, select Product help, select Chat. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋 Hello @Flood and Flood's wife have tried and failed! No way to get it run on windows 7 I waste enough time. I give up. Thank you very much for your help. However the company support are yet to answer my support request! Very low level of attention to customers apparently.

I had Avast and Avira before, but removed them prior to KIS installation. however I still have one product from IOBIT , will uninstall it and give it ago. For the system requirement, I trust my laptop is fit for the installation, I have KIS and Total Security before, old versions, I hope if there is offline installation exe file available it will be much more easier. please note that the application doesn’t even initiate the download, it just disappear. Have emailed the support since yesterday and didn’t hear back, so you may understand my frustration. Regards, mammaht
  6. Thank you very much for your quick answer, truly appreciated. I think such important piece of information should be clearly displayed in the purchase page to alert customers, the purchase page just showing windows logo. I am happy with my current operating system and not willing to change it so now I will have to look for another service provider that supports windows 7.

I have purchased 3 devices license, installed fine on Android, but when tried to install the windows version on my laptop using windows 7 46 bit, the installer was showing language interface then it disappeared and nothing came up following this. My windows version is up to date and NET. Framework 4.8 is installed. The annoying thing here I don’t get any messages from installer even error message. It just disappears ! have checked processes running on my computer to check if there is any background silent download/installation running, but found nothing running at all. The support page is another beauty! the drop list to pick product is empty, region selection is too limited basically it is designed not let you do any support request. *From support page, the drop list for application and system info is empty and not functioning, plus region is not editable. which make it impossible to raise any support request, so my subscription is running while I am still not able to install the application!!
