Hello @mammaht, Windows 7 is still supported by Kaspersky → check KIS Operating system requirements. Was a check for any applications installed on the computer that are incompatible with Kaspersky Internet Security, done before trying to install KIS? I had Avast and Avira before, but removed them prior to KIS installation. however I still have one product from IOBIT , will uninstall it and give it ago. For the system requirement, I trust my laptop is fit for the installation, I have KIS and Total Security before, old versions, I hope if there is offline installation exe file available it will be much more easier. please note that the application doesn’t even initiate the download, it just disappear. Have emailed the support since yesterday and didn’t hear back, so you may understand my frustration. Regards, mammaht
