Malwaremuncher

It says loading application over and over and never loads up. I have had this happen 3 times using this product both on Windows 10 and 11, I have tried reinstalling the OS and software and it works fine for a few weeks, and then goes back to this annoying loading issue. I try to stop the service but there is one exe running that never lets me close it and I am therefor unable to uninstall it, I had to use an uninstaller to force remove it.

I would get the issue with Kaspersky not loading on start up, even trying to force shut down would not do anything. Is there any way to fix this? If I could, I could go back to this program.
