How KSC Agent connecting to the server by IP or server name or how?

[Small error after updating KSC to version 12]

i’m facing same issue

[KSC12 Doesn't accept secure mail configuration of our web hosting in notification setting]

in mail notifications setting in administration server setting, when try to enter mail account to send through SMTP like ksc@abc.com I got error invalid user formats, note our mail server require authentication.thanks
