How KSC Agent connecting to the server by IP or server name or how?

i’m facing same issue

in mail notifications setting in administration server setting, when try to enter mail account to send through SMTP like ksc@abc.com I got error invalid user formats, note our mail server require authentication.thanks

KSC12 agent cant be deployed for the second subnet in our local network Because of KES11 Firewall

KSC12 Doesn't accept secure mail configuration of our web hosting in notification setting
