I noticed my disc space getting low despite not downloading anything more than usual, so I ran a disc analysis in CCleaner which located over 7 GB of dump files sitting in my program data folder (.dmp files).
What would cause the AV to dump so much data and can I delete it?
I’m using Kaspersky Free with Windows 10 on my Lenovo laptop.
Thanks for any info on this.
EDIT: I should mention this is in the Kaspersky Lap folder in program data, the files are created by the anti virus.
Can I safely delete the 7GB of .dmp in my ProgramData folder?
