  1. Hello! I often do remote assistance to myself, from my work computer, to my personal computer at home. I have Kaspersky Free at home, and too much often I come across Kaspersky dialog boxes with an overlay that prevents me from using the computer or clicking anywhere, because I'm accessing from a remote computer. Now, I understand the reason behind this, for security issues and so on, but I really would love to be able to disable this overlay, because its been too many times already I left pending work to do at my computer, because Kaspersky decided to show me something, I alone need to click or confirm in person, and cannot click anywhere if I'm using the computer through remote access. Thank you!
  2. Hello I have Kaspersky Cloud Free installed on my two personal computers: one laptop, and one desktop. The laptop is only used from time to time, and when I turn it on it usually updates the antivirus and Windows updates, etc. without issues. But today I turned the laptop and noticed a red notification in Kaspersky regarding my license. It was necessary to manually update the details so I tried to login again. First error, it wasn't able to connect to Kaspersky servers, altough the computer has access to the internet. I tried logging in with my Google account with the same email I was using to directly login to Kaspersky. It logged in, but then it gave me another error: can't connect because my local time was incorrect. This is absurd. My laptop timezone is right and the date and time are both correct. Even so, I went to Windows date options do double check the time sync was on and updated it. Tried to login again in Kaspersky, but no change. What can I do now? Well, except uninstall the antivirus and install it again? Thank you Marcio
  3. Hello! Here is the screenshot from today. I just unchecked that option for weak operating system settings. Will see if that works. Thank you and have a great weekend!
  4. Ok I will post a screenshot as soon as I get the next popup. Glad I am not going crazy about the post I created. I thought I was blocked or somehow censored in any way ?
  5. Hello @Flood and Flood's wife I'm using the free version of KSC. And I don't remember running Microsoft Troubleshooting Wizard on this regard. Thanks!
  6. Hello everyone! I swear I already posted this issue earlier lask week or so, but I couldn't find the thread or even my own profile. So lets try again: I have Kaspersky Security Cloud 21.3.10.391 (h) in a Windows 10 21H2 environment. In windows explorer, file name extensions are NOT visible, because I want them to be hidden. Kasperksy is constantly warning me about it with notification popups all the time. I went to the options already and disabled a lot of notifications but it still pops up. I don't know what is the option to disable these notifications (if there is any). Thanks!
