  1. and the issues continue... I just have a new password to login to My Kaspersky. I can login on my PC but not in the app that I have just installed in my android 😤😤😤 There are licence codes, product keys (many different of them in various locations in PC and old KIS app). none of them works in the newly installed Android app in my new cellphone. If the intention is to spend all my day here for services that I have already paid, then Kaspersky should pay me for that mountain of inconvenience! The past two hours I am struggling with various Kaspersky issues! 😤
  2. Hello, It all started after having my new cellphone. I searched for the app Kaspersky Internet Security in the Play Store (the same app that runs in my old phone right now) but there was nowhere to be found. What has happened ?? Then I tried to login to My Kaspersky (not to the forums) but my password is not recognized 😮 And there’s not even an option to request a new password 😮 After I successfully logged in with my FB I saw a bel with a red notification on the upper right hand-side. Where it asked me to give my password. Suffice to say that again it was not recognized again… Then I went to my products and saw that the Kaspersky Password Manager has expired, but on my computer I see that the Premium Version is active… 😮 What is happening guys? I feel as it’s a new enterprise that they are now starting up and they still have problems. I would never expect that low quality from Kaspersky. 😕 When I couldn’t find the app I googled a bit and read that the US had blocked Kasperksy due to reasons of espionage. I am not in the US, I am in the Netherlands. Are they able to control what is happening around the globe? I am over my head with their actions on a worldwide scale 😤 That was all guys, hope to have my issues resolved.
  3. This is the second time I am trying to use the KPM on Microsoft Edge browser and it failed for the second time (from different computer, a fresh new Dell PC ). I have paid for the product and it does not run on Microsoft Edge… If the program was intended to not run on Microsoft Edge then Kaspersky should have mention that. Kaspersky should not offer a product if it has not been fully tested on all browsers. Otherwise don’t bother offering a “Premium” product…
  4. Where can I find the extension version? Can I uninstall Microsoft Edge?
  5. @Berny I have purchased the Premium version of the product couple hours ago… Version is: 9.0.2.1445 (g) 156742241_6376 / 1.0.363.0-0.8.3.0_1
  6. Thanks, I found it. it was hidden above the banner with the photo… The most important button was placed outside the rest of the forum ie: above the banner…. 😬
  7. As title says. KPM does not launch at all on Microsoft Edge 44.18362.449.0
  8. Can’t find any button to post a new topic. Where did you guys hide the button??
  9. I had the same issue with the person started this thread. I chose to not uninstall the Malwarebytes and then my PC crashed. I don’t know if it was crashed because there was an issue with Password Manager (there was no link to buy the Premium version and the procedure caught up in a loop), or the reason that my PC crashed was due to something else. I don’t see why should I uninstall MalwareBytes, since I have paid for the program and it is aimed at protection from malware (trojans etc.) whilst the KIS is aimed at protection from viruses. I don’t believe KIS can detect the more sneaky malware that MalwareBytes can. I remember well that in the past Kaspersky was suggesting to use MalwareBytes as a friendly site. I don’t know what has changed between them, but I find it dishonest for Kaspersky to force us remove MalwareBytes, pushing down our throats their possible problems they have had with MalwareBytes (or vice versa: MalwareBytes with Kaspersky). Either way, we all know the good old advice, to have more than one security programs scanning your system, since one might find something that the other software could not find. My 2 cents.
