Accessing Locast outside the US

Hello, I am currently living outside the US and would like to watch some channel from Locast which is a local channel online broadcast service. But even when I set my Kaspersky VPN with any of the US locations, Locast still says I am outside their market area. I would like some help with this issue. I use Windows 10; Opera; Firefox; Chrome; and Edge. Just need one of the browsers to work. Thank you for your attention.
