I received an email from you to renew my Kaspersky Password Manager - Renewal in 28/05/2022 (see pic K1.jpg)
In 31/05/2022 I made the payment of my Renewal as you van see in my file PDF payement_1.
In 13/06/2022 you take from my account €11,16 again which you can see in my file PDF payement_2.
I payd twice for the same product, this is not correct and I want my money back
Please give me back the €11,16 that you take from my account
