so we need to wait the new update of the platform?

[Impossible open PowerPoint on network on some pc [pending patch E] [Closed]]

We are evaluating your software in our firm.

We have some problems on some pc that when i try to open PowerPoint files from our network nas it show as a messagge:

 

Impossible to open the file……..

 

We have try to disable only the antivirus services and all works ok.

Why? What we can do?

Windows 7 ultimate SP1

Office 2010 Professional
