Failure to install Kaspersky Total Security (Access Denied)

Trying to download Kasperksy Total Security from StartUp.exe (after entering Activation Code) and getting the error "Access Denied". Also cannot download KVRT Neither can I open the System Error Logs to get a description of the Error (GetSystemInfo6.2 (1).exe) Error Message - "Unable to create environment directory for the application" Tks
