My license was due for renewal and I received notification of a 30% discount for early renewal. I started the renewal process and somehow the system accepted the renewal but for only one device. I have 3 devices. So requested a refund so that I can place an order for 3 devices. I know want to order but I don't seem to have the 30% renewal discount. The license on my PC (for one device) has been activated so the system does not regard my status as renewable. How do I get a license for 3 devices and am still entitled to a 30% early renewal discount.
