[User accounts no longer associated with profiles in Win7]

I have been using Safe Kids for a couple of years now with very few problems but recently two of the profiles have stopped recognised their associated Windows 7 user accounts.

 

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and keep it as up to date as possible but as it’s an older PC I have deliberately chosen not to upgrade to Windows 10.

I know that I could simply recreate new profiles but that would mean recreating all the various custom settings, schedules and exceptions and I would like to avoid that if possible!

Plus I don’t want to do that work only for this problem to reoccur.
