  2. I still have the problem but I am sorry I have Kaspersky Internet Security not Total do I need to move this question to another board or do you still require screenshot etc GSI6_LAPTOP-SO8GK03L_lizwo_07_11_2020_15_39_05 (2) I have no idea how to send a GSI report
  3. Berny Thanks for the prompt response, so if I sign in as admin your saying I can transfer Kaspersky from one laptop to another.
  4. My old laptop is on its last legs so bought a new one. Uninstalled Kaspersky then tried to reinstall on new laptop, it came up with ‘I don’t have permission to access’. Phoned customer services who emailed a link and it still came up with same error. Phoned again and was told the license is only valid on one computer and I can’t transfer it to a new one and have to buy a new license!!! But I can transfer Kaspersky password manager?? How true is this does anyone know? When I have had new laptops in the past I have never had to do this? Why did the first customer services person not tell me this? Can anyone help please?
