[phone is locked by Kapersky Safe Kids and I am unable to access app to uninstall]

I ended up doing a factory reset on the phone because there was no way around it, and I tried every which way.

When loading the Safe Kids app on child’s phone there must have been an issue.  When I try to access anything on phone it takes me to the Safe Kids login, which is email (already entered and unable to edit) and password.  I know the password is right because I even changed it & am using it to access MyKapersky, but it just says “invalid email or password” and won’t let me in.  I am so frustrated with this app!
