[Cannot activate trial KWTS worker+control]

I was not able to resolve this. The trial simply does NOT work. After purchasing however the product started working immediately.

Thats’s not it . I was told by support that “the trial code xxx-xxx-xxx is for Kaspersky Security for Mail Server, not for Kaspersky Web Traffic Security”. But I requested a trial for KWTS! Also, I did request another trial and received the SAME number again!

I’m in the process of checking out KWTS and cannot activate a trial licence which I have requested. The server has internet connection but after pasting the code to settings->licence or running /opt/kaspersky/kwts-worker/bin/kwts-worker-control -l --activate-license-code xxx-xxx-xxx-W3BUF I always receive this:

 

Oct 16 16:33:09 av1…. KWTS[1342]: license error: Activation server result error
Oct 16 16:35:00 av1…. KWTS[1342]: Bases update error: License error

 

As far as I can see this is a problem on kaspersky server side as I can see traffic going to activate.activation-v2.kaspersky.com:443

 

 

How can I use this software?
