I can find the values for my User Shell Folders, Personal is Documents, not Desktop. Also, what is the caret symbol after Folders, before Personal? I have two exclusions, one is for Kaspersky, the other is this one. This exclusion list is found in: Settings Application Control Manage Resources Exclusions Kaspersky Total Security 19.0.0.1088(i) If this exclusion is built-in, and something Kaspersky put in then I don’t need to know details, just that it is not something I got after installing a questionable program.
