I have problems starting administration server in Windows 10 and kept getting this error. I installed Kaspersky Security Center 12 and proceeded to add administration server address as ‘127.0.0.1 ‘ since I intended to use my Windows PC as administration server. Is there a step I am missing here? I have MySQL in my Windows.
